- The existing condition of a roof
- The longevity of a roof and possible options to extend it’s life
- The condition of chimneys
- Give estimates for ridge replacement and re-thatching work
Fees will be charged for:
- Written reports on roofs for insurance purposes
- Surveys conducted of roofs for purposes of buying or selling a thatched property
- Any Thatched work carried out
- Any renewal of cement or lead flashings, timber work and associated skills etc
